I have had an extensive personal training career lasting over 10 years. During the last 10 years, What really drives me in this industry is helping my clients to reach their goals. I believe in working with people to identify how fitness and lifestyle changes can improve their overall wellbeing and health by prioritising fitness programmes such as nutritional advice. I, personally, train regularly and I love doing most. It brings me energetic, stress release, My passion lies is to make other feel great as I do, when training and enjoying the process, and achieve tangible results with a bespoke training programme.
I am a patient and warm individual who enjoys contributing to the ‘sense of community’ that can be developed in a successful gym.

Sarim Chroch's Kickboxing sessions cater to all abilities from complete beginner to advanced.
Having trained many fighters for over a decade and improving on his own kickboxing skills with his own trainer specialising in the Muay-Thai style of kickboxing, Sarim uses various techniques to teach his clients, incorporating both classic and Muay-Thai styles.
